Just delivered! This hefty 42" x 84" Walnut table just got delivered to a wonderful young family in Madison over the weekend! What way to start 2020!
I happen to love the way Maple and Cherry look together! This round table is a part of my desk, and I get to work at it every day. Lucky man!
A nice, warm view of a brand-new dining table, in Red Elm. 60" diameter.
Using the Client's reclaimed Walnut, we created the uneven seat and supporting pedestals. Madison, WI.
A set of four matching dining chairs, all with single-piece, crotch-slab Walnut seats. We used highly figured and character-grained wood for the legs and slats. Another fine example of our custom furniture capabilities!
This photo shows the just-assembled Walnut dining table, upside-down in the shop prior to finishing. The two stretchers were made from two live edge and curved slabs, just to emphasize the rustic source of this piece.
A nice view of the full table top in the new setting, showing off the book-matched Walnut slabs.
A new modern desk, with a view of the big, solid, turned cannon-barrel leg.
An art deco-inspired ottoman, made with Zebrawood veneers. The red leather upholstery is by The Straight Thread of Madison, WI.
An accent piece to sit over the ottoman seen above. Solid and Birdseye veneers, with a Walnut ring inlay. Madison, WI.
